Re: "Don't eat if you aren't hungry" vs. nutrition | | Sometimes I have to 'force' myself to eat, but it seems after the first bite I am ok with it. I really do not go more than 6 waking hours without eating. I also try to keep my calories around 1500, and I watch my fat/carb/protein percentages on Fitday. I try to eat balanced meals, and I really think that helps (and its what the book says). Good luck!
