As a substitute for sandwiches, I will take leaf lettuce, and roll up turkey, and cheese inside...instant sandwich without the bread!!!
I also eat omelettes for lunch....so much eggs!
Sometimes, I will make cheeseburgers...just add what you like, and eat it without a bun...works for me. :nod
