I would like to chat with you more, maybe I can send you a Private Message, but for now, veggies are absolutely non-negotiable. If you truly can't eat them naturally, there are all sort of recipes that can help them taste like something else. Try
Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes - Home and
The Lighter Side of Low-Carb for wonderful suggestions.
A few of them that I have tried that have been excellent are Chinese "Fried Rice," from Linda's, and the garlic breadsticks and calzones from The Lighter Side of Low Carb. You can also expand to try things like eating cherry tomatoes. I have found that now, after more than a month with no sugar, they are incredibly sweet and actually taste like a dessert to me.
What are your other stats (how tall, how old are you). We have the exact same start and goal weights, so it would be great to talk in more length. I lost 15.4 pounds in induction, so I know how great it feels to have a jump start. As soon as I moved up to rung 1, I discovered that if I don't have ENOUGH veggies, the weight loss slows down. It is very very important to make sure you are getting them in, even if you have to trick your taste buds into thinking they are eating something else!
Hope this helps a bit, experiment with recipes and keep asking questions!
You are well on your way to a healthy, happy self!
