Hi everybody: I am very happy to be part of this forum. Eventhough I started on atkins 20 days ago, I am posting my start pictures today (and they were taken today).
Unfortunatelly I am currently 190 pounds, but with hard work and sticking to the atkins diet I hope I will be 145 pounds within the next 4-5 months.
My full body shots wont show my face, but you can see all the extra pounds that I need to get rid of.
I promise that I will keep posting my pictures as my weight loss progresses. I find very inspirational the before and after pictures. To see other member's before and after pictures showing all their progress encourages me to continue on this diet and achieve all my weight goals.
