Thanks guys! Livelaugh, its decided by inches lost and then pounds. I think you have to be slug free too. Stick with it guys! Its worth it.
Elsie - great idea with the mini- goals. I will go with 10 cups of water too.
Cori - Hope you like the body fat scale. I think its so cool and a great way to measure your progress. I only wish I had bought one when I first started.
