hey Bekka can i jump in to? I think i've started a million times and do really good for a few wks then fall off and fall hard. So here i am munchin on some peppers and turkey pepperoni and sipping on some water determined to let this be my last time. I am such an emotional eater and really neeed to work on that... i love sweets so i'm hoping to kick bad habit w/ atkins.
