I felt terrible after indulging (binging)on the 4th, and uncomfortably full. I made a comment to my fiance about how I am satisfied, and not overly full on atkins. I was so full I was in pain on the 4th! He then asked why did I indulge? I don't know. Not very smart.

I'm with ya. 2nd day of clean induction.
