Re: Damage Limitation! | | I have a lot of weigh to lose as well so if I were to get off track here's what I would do to motivate meslf. Look in the mirror how you look now and look at a picture of where you want to be it. That's what I have and use as motivation. I have a pic on the fridge, on the medicine cabinet in all 3 bathrooms.
