1. No hunger. I used to watch the clock and think about my meals hours before they occurred. Food was on my mind 24/7 and now it's not.
2. I'm not cranky! I have the usual crankiness that goes along with being me, but I'm in no way as cranky as before.
3. No headaches. I suffered from migraines before Atkins and I haven't had one since starting. Woo Hoo!
4. My head is clear...I feel like I can think again.
5. No more afternoon naps, I actually have energy
