I am finding that the sugar and caffeine cravings are gone. The cravings for the Michelob Ultra at night are gone. My appetite has really changed. I am rarely hungry and have to make myself eat. I have found some great recipes on this site and can't wait to try them.

I know that I do not have as much to loose as some of the others but, at 43 have found it impossible to diet. I have to see results in order to stick with it. Nothing I tried gave me any results and found it difficult to stay with it. I understand now that it was the addiction to caffeine and sugars that were hindering my weight loss. I am a believer and encourage anyone to try it. If you are struggling through the first few days stick with it! You will see results. It is worth it.

KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND YOU CAN DO IT !
