The good thing is that you aren't going to beat yourself up about it. I've seen so many people flat out quite because of being so upset when they fall off. Today my mother and I went out for dinner and it was a buffet. Well, I ate cabbage, smoked chicken, and turnip greens. As I was eating the greens, I thought "boy are these good". Then I realized, d*, I believe they added sugar. I was a little upset but ate it nonetheless. When I got home, I gave myself an hour to let the food settle, and I did a 30 minute workout tape. Not sure the workout will help but anytime I mess up, my punishment will be extra workout. That will help me stay on track.
