See, unless we live in a solitary life in a cave or desert island, there will always be "something" that comes up---a birthday party, a family reunion, lunch with friends, a really busy day at the office, a hectic day running errands around town, etc. So we need to devise a Plan B to stay on the diet during those times.
I don't mean to sound harsh, but I've been around these boards to see PLENTY of people start over and over and over and over and over and over again. WE all need to make the decision to move from square 1 and move to square 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7. If we don't, we'll be stuck on square 1 and we'll never get to our goal.
So sit down, and figure out why you decided to go off and if it was worth it---that is, was the cheat worth having to "start all over again". If it was, then bear in mind the more falls you have to longer it will take for you to achieve your weight loss goal. |
