Hi, I'm Angel, and I'm new on here and today is my 4th day on the atkins induction and I can really say that I am amazed with this diet, I didnt really think that it would work for me like all the other diets that I've been on in the past but I've lost 7 lbs in 4 days, I still cant believe it. Someone pinch me so I know that I'm not dreaming.
