I just nuke the bag of frozen cauliflower to get it soft. Then I add a container of sour cream, a block of cream cheese, and a cup of shredded cheese. Combine with cauliflower and top with small bag of crushed pork rinds and cup of melted butter. Bake for 45 minutes??? at 350...
There are so many variations to this. Add bacon and sauteed onions. Season with garlic, salt, pepper, green peppers, sliced jalalpenos. Different kinds of cheeses.
Last time I made it, I took it to dinner on the grounds at church. It was the first dish that was gone and everyone wanted the recipe. |
