Re: Lost 5 from 150 in the first week of Intro!!! | | I wan to add some things for the people who loose bit slower. I was very shaky in the first half of my introduction. It is not that I cheated but sometimes I ate the food which is not allowed not knowing. I read the book only once as it is from one of my friend. So there were lots of unknown and I posted my menus each and everyday. The people here were so kind and they commented added very valuable informations there.
What I want to say is despite of everything I kept somethings very straight. I drank the water recommended each and every day without any fail also I did exercises 50 minutes. Every 10 minutes I swapped exercise bicycle to treadmil till fill up my 50 minutes. Each and everyday I improved my Atkin menu with the support here |
