I have been on induction since June 3rd... I like the food and am not bored but my weight loss definitely slowed way down after the first 2 weeks. I actually gained 7-8 pounds between week 3 and 4 (Water and TOM I think since I was cheat free) but now am down a total of 23 pounds in 5 weeks. I am losing a couple of pounds a week. I think if you like induction and are comfortable staying there, then you should do it. When it becomes apparent that you are either bored or stalled then I would consider moving up a rung. Everyone is different and you wont know what your body will do until you try it
