Re: Buddy List July 21 - 27 | | Hello all! I hope everyone is doing well. I am doing better. I had a crappy weekend. I was down and nothing was bringing me up. And really warm and humid didnt help. I started my week off on a pretty good note today. Here are my stats if you will:
B: hardboiled egg, string cheese, water.
L: turkey, slice of sharp cheddar, 1/2 cucumber, 4 orange pepper slices, 4 grape tomatos, 1 strawberry.
D: 3 chicken tenders cooked in coconut oil, cup of fresh steamed green beans, 6 slices of grilled summer squash cooked in butter.
* I let myself have 1/2 of a coffee cup of Diet Rite. Then the rest of my dinner I had water.
And I also exercised! Woohoo for me! I did free weights and worked on my lower half. I dont know the names of the exercises but I will try to explain:
5 different exercises with 5lb weights for my arms. I did 3 sets of 12 reps..I hope that is how it goes..lol
3 different exercises for my legs 2 sets of 15 for each leg (I didnt think I would make it!)
50 squats
25 calf raises for each leg.
It may not be that much but I am proud of myself. I at least got the ball rolling. I am alil pooped but actually feel good! Imagine that.
