You guys, I have not been in ketosis for a whole 8 days now, I am wondering what your thoughts are?? I had a splurge (gyro and a couple of beers) on the weekend, and have been really good since Monday
last week. I am eating only veggies and protein, but I have a couple cups of coffee with creamer and splenda in the morning. Have done that all along, except for the 2nd week on induction. I am also having a few sweeteners a day via diet rites or aquafina flavorsplashes. I know that these are no no's, but what do you guys think is the worst thing that I should cut back out?? I am showing no trace on the strips and that bothers me.
Or, should I see if I continue to lose this week and just keep doing what I am doing?? I did lose 2 pounds last week. I dunno if being in ketosis is that important or what?

Anyway, thought I'd run it past you all. Of course I want the best results. Thanks!
