Re: Buddy List July 21 - 27 | | val- just a quick question, are you getting any fat in your meals? you mentioned in your post that you are eating mostly veggies and protein. remember you need approx. 65% fat, well being that you're on OWL now the fat intake should decrease some, but you still need the fat in your diet.
