Hey Monie, thanks for replying, I figure I am getting it in the cream in the coffee.
Here is a typical day over the last week:
Brkfst: 2 eggs or a piece of veg/bacon quiche
2-3 cups coffee with cream and splenda
Lunch: 2 c salad (spinach, romaine, cucumber, etc) and chicken breast or
salad with a can of tuna mixed with mayo or
salad with pork chop fried in EVOO
Dinner: piece of cabbage roll pie, made with cream for fat or
couple of pieces of pizza made with cheese crust and veggies,
and pepperoni or
stuffed green peppers
Snacks: 2T peanut butter (natural) with a celery stalk
Drinks: lots of water, the coffee above, and 2 sweetener'd drinks
I know I have a couple of nono's there, but I guess I am asking which is the worst staller for most people?? It is hard to give up the coffee and creamer and 3 splenda while in school and on the road 80 miles a day, I really get tired. Perhaps I need to cut out the extra sweeteners.
