Hi everyone!

My name is Michelle I'm 39 yoa 5'10 210 LBS this is my second time on Atkins and I know it works, my first time on Atkins was 10/2005 and I lost 60 LBS in 10 months!! but after moving back down south (Alabama) with my family I have gained 25 LBS and today I decided I was ready to complete my goal weight of 160 LBS that I started three years ago and I know with support that goal will be made........Please feel free to give me any suggestions or comments
