Vanessa -- I really want to see Dark Knight but when I went to the theater my friend dragged me to Hancock instead..
Elsie -- I just had water at the movies, I was afraid to do anything else, but actually once I got into the movie I didn't even notice that I wasn't eating anyways..
Andie -- Amazing on the exercise, that is what I need to be doing!!
Val -- I already have the name picked out for my first baby girl teehee, -- Jocelyn. Haha, and if I have a boy?? -- Spencer lol, a tidbit, use it as you like

New developments on the diet front for me and mom. We are both lactose intolerant and the effects of dairy effect us in opposite ways so tonight we went out and got some lactaid pills, and you just take them before you eat dairy and the pill eats up all the milk sugars that we can't digest. We even got lactose free milk, which you can have on induction, and which tastes great! With using this product dad thinks that this will allow me to do the 'wooshies' he's always talking about...
Did weigh and measure myself this week -- no pounds or inches lost BUT we have narrowed down the things that may be stalling me and are working towards a solution starting with the lactose intolerance thing.
I'm not worried overall, and this is why: I did the ketosis test thing this morning and it's as purple as they come, we were joking that people would kill for that color lolz..
But this week I am going to step up the exercise because lately I've been slacking, in fact tomorrow morning me and dad are going bike riding if it doesn't rain. Which probably means I should go to sleep tonight, lol!
But don't feel bad for me about the no weight loss thing, because I'm far from giving up. I just have to start doing the things I've been slacking on (like drinking water, exercising, and sleeping) and lower my intake of foods I've been eating too much of including splenda and cheese (and maybe coffee). I also am starting the lactose thing.
Stay inspired everyone, this diet works for everybody, but everybody is different and tweaks sometimes need to be made for people, but stay strong and KNOW that once you find the right tweaks, they will set you going on the right path!!!
Oh, and mom's lost almost 3 pounds since last week.
