I've been losing about 1 pound a week. Started in January, and have lost 24-25 since then. Slow, yeah, but that's ok. I'm only about 3 pounds from my goal! And I've probably put on a lot of muscle, from various workouts.

I'd say I'm on the wines and spirits rung now, food-wise, but I'm still pretty low on the carb counts. And haven't really added in any dairy or berries. Just more veggies, nuts (almond flour only), and wine.

In fact just yesterday I figured I'd better start actually counting my carbs again, so I can start figuring out where my limit is. I'm probably around 30-40 a day, but I haven't counted for a while. Just keep eating my favorite meals.

I'm going on vacation soon and worried about it! Too much temptation!
