Re: Weekly Weight Loss | | Slow and steady---I like slow and steady, just as long as it's steady and my skin bounces back to whatever was normal before with the exercise I'm doing. Okay, so I'm hoping for the last part a lot!
I'm averaging 1-2 pounds a week since I've moved up the OWL rungs. I'm currently testing the waters of nuts/seeds, rung 3---and so far so good, I think.
