Default Re: Need help with induction

A tip for cooking for both yourself and your family. Make each meal contain a protein and a carb and veggies for your family. For you just omit the carb!

Examples:

Breakfast: Eggs and Bacon/Sausuage and pancakes or waffles or biscuits or hashbrowns etc

Lunch: Put your sandwich items on a bed of lettuce instead! (this can be done with everything from lunch meat to egg salad, tuna salad, chicken salad... or just a bunch of salad veggies and find a sugar free atkins friendly dressing. Marie's dressings (some of them) are made w/ sour cream vs milk and are induction friendly. I eat the Chunky feta dressing 1 carb from the sour cream is all it has)

Dinners:
Shrimp alfredo (have yours on spaghetti squash vs noodles and just take your shrimp out of the pan before you add the alfredo and have yours with garlic and butter on it
-Breaded Chicken... bread yours without the milk just egg and use groud up pork rhinds to bread your chicken
-I made pizza but I used oopsie rools for mine (recipe can be found here)
