I totally understand. I've been trying to lose since winter and not really motivated until now; summer time.
I cook for myself and my husband and he isn't willing to change his diet. I usually just make him a carb that I don't eat (potatos normally) to go with the protein and veggie I eat, but sometimes when he wants pasta I'll have mine w/ the spaghetti squash (not sure if you can find it in winter never tried) then if he wants pizza i'll either eat the toppings in a dish with my entire daily serving of cheese broiled in a little oven bowl or i'll make
oopsies and put mine on them.
