Today is day 12 of induction
I have been upset up until now because I really don't feel like my appetite has suppressed AT ALL and because of this induction thing, I didn't want to take chances so I've been eating at home. Long story short, I saw my friend today and she was shocked that I had lost some of my love handles!! I didn't even realise it myself, especially because I had been mulling over the scale. THis is absolutely fantastic people!!!!
The worse part about being a student is late night snacking, which I sadly...have done..but IT WORKED REGARDLESS!
I'm starting to wonder if yoyo dieting over the years has screwed up my body so much that it takes longer to use my fat storage
Anyway, I just wanted to share my happiness.
Keep up the good work, I'm off to the gym!
