I am going to eat those things you suggested and plan to knock the socks off my doc. Aside from feeling like crap the first few days because I wasn't eating enough veggies, I am feel fabulous now and I am sure that my blood panels will be great when I go back.
The only other concern that I have with this plan as the past two days when I have gotten up in the morning, the muscles in my legs have hurt--especially when climbing stairs. Has anyone had an issue with this? If so, what have you done to remedy the situation?
