The only other concern that I have with this plan as the past two days when I have gotten up in the morning, the muscles in my legs have hurt--especially when climbing stairs. Has anyone had an issue with this? If so, what have you done to remedy the situation?

Karen | You need to make sure you are getting enough potassium and magnesium. When you lose a lot of water weight at the beginning, you lose too many electrolytes and need to replace them. Taking supplements is the best way until you are taking in enough through your veggies and meat. |
