Re: roll call - 08/01 | | Well, last time I did this I actually broke a couple toes a week after starting but I just ran through it. The ankle would be a lot harder. Maybe a rowing machine if you could rest the one leg?
I've had a pretty lousy day so far. I was in YET ANOTHER car accident this morning. 5 car pileup. Luckily I was near the front so no real damage to the car, but my back and neck feel like I was worked over with a rubber hose. That's my 3rd accident in 6 months, none of them my fault. My weight has plateaud again for a couple days as well. I'm certainly finding it harder this time around.
One thing I'm really noticing is that I'm NEVER hungry anymore. And if I get a little hungry, a small snack and I'm good to go. I worry sometimes I'm not eating enough, never mind eating too much. |
