Re: roll call - 08/01 | | Hello everyone, and Happy Friday! My favorite day of the week. I was down another half a pound this morning, woohoo! However, today I realized that I've gotten into two bad habits this time around: weighing myself every day, and caffeine!
I think the weighing thing stems from a need for reassurance that this WOE does, in fact, work and that I can still lose even though I missed my One Golden Shot (if that theory is to be believed). I've made a vow not to weigh myself at all this weekend, at least not until Tuesday, and I'm gonna stick to it!
The caffeine thing is new, and wasn't even a part of my daily routine before re-starting Atkins. I don't know where it came from, other than the fact that I like the taste of coffee and I also enjoy the caffeine buzz a LOT. This habit needs to go, too. I think I'm going to limit myself to one cup of tea this weekend and detox.
