Dr. Atkins never said the vegetables had to be picked off the farm 10 minutes before you eat it. So the vegetables may be frozen, canned, dried, etc.
There are some veggies that need to be blanched before freezing, I'm not sure if cauliflower is one of them. You might want to google "cauliflower, how to freeze" and see what that will bring to you. |
