Re: making the cauliflower pizza | | I had this last week and the middle of my crust was way soft even though it looked like it should have been completely done!
However, it seems most people use large eggs with their recipes and we had jumbo, so I think they may have contibuted....that and the cauliflower maybe not dry enough after cooking it.
I dont think the crust is going to get super crunchy, but would have liked mine more so than it was.
Other than that, I thought this was GREAT! Hubby even liked it and hes weary on the stuff I always make that I find to make with substitutes hehe
