I can wait.
I know this is going to sound very common for everyone..but I decided to stay on the induction phase for another week. I think I had a few slip ups during the week (ie, atkins snack bars and chewing gum that wasn't sugar free) and I want to have a good two weeks down where I am watching everything I put into my mouth.
I know another few reasons why I am not seeing a HUGE loss ...I have been eating more cheese than I was supposed to. Counting the carbs from that seemed to be the easiest thing possible..but I was eating cheese with each meal and then having some for snacks....that's why I asked about snacks on here because I wanted to do something else other than cheese. I love pepperoni though!
