Re: Buddy List August 4-10 | | Hi Everyone - I am new and just started atkins, today is my 3rd day. I just went to the snack list and printed a couple of them, they look great. I don't mind dieting and limiting my foods but I hate eating the same things over and over and that is usually when I screw up and grab something I shouldn't. I'm hoping with some of these snacks I'll get variation and that will make it much easier.
