Re: My journey | | Atkins is really a high fat diet. We eat very moderate amount of proteins.
Even if it is a high fat diet that does not mean we eat bacon and brie all day long. That is really a misconception created by the media. Most people will find that calories will drop naturally as you get satisfied by fat and ketosis set in.
