Just checking in to say hi and subscribe. Also noting a personal goal of watching my cheese amounts. I think I'm fine (~2 tablespoons cheddar, and 2 string cheese today) but for some reason I just feel the need to be cautious about it. And no more doughnuts. lol. I don't want to get into a daily habit of having one, even though w/o the glaze it's fine..
