Yesterday, DH and I were excited to see we hit the 21-day mark of engaging in this WOE. One more week and we do our first weigh-in, before moving onto OWL. I'm scared.
I've been working out everyday now. I didn't realize that the exercise challenges would motivate me so much. I can and see the muscles building in some areas. I'm just wondering how much weight that will add to the scale.
Sugar - congrats on not binging on junk food and sticking with induction foods. That's definitely a breakthrough.
