ok. I went to thedailyplate and input some items and I'm trying to see my carb/protein/fat count and I can't get it. Am I doing something wrong?
I get a pie chart but it's calories not carb/protein/fat. I did input in the beginning that I wanted to track carbs.
I don't know..........is the fitday that costs $20 better than the free online fitday? Maybe I'll just spend the $20. I'm so used to how fitday is set up. I love that all my info is on one page and I can see it. Heaven knows I've spent $20 on dumber things...........like Nutrisystem!
