Well, I just got an e-mail that this board generates "checking on me". Life has been super hectic so I am sorry for the lag.........
I started in October of 2007 for my 30th birthday. Weighing in at 176 at my highest. YIKES! I am now at 118!
CRAZY, RIGHT?
I really really want some before and afters and I think I will post them this week. I see myself in pictures now and it is crazy. But the GREAT WAY!
My original goal was 145........then 135........then 130.....and 118 just kind of happened! I am 5'6" so now lower for me. All about maintenance.
