Way to go... and well I likely should not say this but its ok that you are busy living life instead of focusing on weight loss. I think we all want that... to get on with the business of living life out from under the cloud if obesity. I am glad it has happened for you... we all do want more details... think about how it just happened for you... we would love to partake in that part of yor journey.
