Re: 4th day blues.... | | Cut yourself some slack. You are staying within your 20 carbs per day and etc. That's all you need to take on your shoulders, especially during early induction. So, you are a walking success story!
Besides, you have a lot more strength than you're giving yourself credit for. There is no way I could walk into a Wendys during my first few days of induction and only get a cheeseburger and toss the bun. LOL, someone would have had to grab me and wrestle me to the floor first!!
