Hi everyone, So I have started atkins again, BUT my bible (Book) got stolen it was in my bag when it got stolen, now I am lost I dont have any cash to get another until next month so here are my questions hope someone can help me?
Can I drink diet coke?
am I alloweed mayo?
please please can someone help me, I also need to know where I can get the food lists from again too, also are the atkins shakes allowed on induction? Thank you so much to all who helps me x
