Just stepped on the scale after 2-1/2 days into induction and I was totally blown away to see the numbers down 5 & 1/2 pounds!! Logically I know how much of that is probably water...yada yada...but what a super fun confidence booster! Completely was only expecting to drop 5 total through induction (and still may) because I'm only starting at 158lbs but a super start!
