Thanks Liv! I haven't taken any painkillers. I am trying to ignore it but it is getting worse!!

Its all my own doing - let food run my life - and you know what they say NO PAIN NO GAIN!

Quite scary how just one day without makes me feel like this - what on earth was I doing to myself!!!!!
