Hello all!!
I rcvd an email saying it has been some time since I checked in to the site. I hope everyones is well and hangin in.
I have continued my Atkins and am down almost 40 pounds since April.
It truly is a way of life and as of today I am doing well. I do plan on freezing a piece of my daughters birthday cake for some future century when I wil be able to enjoy it honestly for what it tastes like...not just the fact of eating CAKE!!! lol
