thanks! for breakfast i'll have 2 scrambled eggs sometimes with some shredded cheese, 3 links of pork sausage or bacon and coffee with (gasp) aspartame and (gasp) half and half. i tried my coffee with splenda and heavy cream and it just isn't the same so i'm sticking with it the way it is. if i stall because of it then i'll switch back to splenda and cream. lunch is usually a cheeseburger with a few dill pickle chips and salad greens (spinach, radicihio...) with 3-4 cucumber slices, shredded cheddar cheese and 2 tbsp walden farms cream bacon dressing. sometimes it's a steak with the salad if i have it available. dinner last night was a steak with steamed broccoli with melted cheddar. i think i had a cheeseburger for dinner on sunday with the broccoli. tonight we're having whitecastle cheeseburger pie from linda's low carb recipe site. for a snack i'll have string cheese. it's been super easy to stick to so far. i'm almost never hungry and i get to eat food i love. i'm waiting for someone to pinch me. i can't believe i can eat steak and cheeseburgers and real eggs and sausage and lose weight. but i am! i still don't know if i'm in ketosis yet (don't have the sticks) but my appetite has been very supressed lately. also i've been doing high intensity interval training on my bike (spinervals) which really wears me out.
