[Neecy]

I've had typeII for 2 years now and since starting Atkins a month ago, my blood sugar levels have been dropping steadily. I used to test between 7.9 and 8.5mg/dl every morning (142-153 mol/l) and they've been between 6.2 and 6.6 (111 - 118 ) for the last 2 weeks! 2 hours after eating I used to be around 9-10 (162-180) and its around 6.5 (117) after 2 hours. So its steadily reducing and I'm feeling MUCH better! I'm not experiencing the mood swings or headaches that I used to, and have much more energy. I'm going to go get my A1c done in 2 weeks and see what it says.
