I stepped on the scale on Monday, no loss. Kind of disappointing since I have not lost anything since Aug 25th. Wednesday I stepped on the scale and it said I was down 2 pounds. Of course I didn't believe it. Today I stepped on and it said 3 pounds down!!! 196.0!!!
Anyway, guess I was holding onto it.
I am holding off on changing my signature until next Monday. Just in case it is a fluke.
