i do eat salads, i am not a fan of lettuce so i usually have a greek salad at lunch- i eat less veg at breakfast and supper to balance out the carb intake. as for dressing, i usually just have olive oil with a squeeze of lemon or lime- i am kinda boring that way- but i really wanted to cleanse my system of all the junk this time around so i went hard core and back to basics.
this time around i haven't yet had problems with constipation. i drink from 3 to 4 litres of water per day, with one decaf coffee at breakfast and usually 2 green teas through the day.
good luck with your journey- it is hard but at least we have this board to help us out along the way.
